    Together we explore what is going on, identify your strengths, and gently uncover patterns that may no longer be serving you.

    We build practical tools and strategies so you can feel more grounded and better able to cope, and we adjust the plan together as you make progress.

    Care for adults and youth.

    We offer anxiety counselling to adults, and we can also support children and youth over 12 years of age. Sessions are available in person at our Vancouver office and online throughout British Columbia, delivered by our team of female registered counsellors who are guided by our values of being anti-oppressive, inclusive, and accessible.
