Well Health Counselling provides professional counselling and therapeutic services. The content on our website is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Appointments and Cancellations

By scheduling an appointment, you agree to our 24-hour cancellation policy. If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be responsible for the full session fee.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and e-transfers. Receipts will be provided for all services, which you may submit to your extended health benefits provider for reimbursement, if applicable.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality of care, Well Health Counselling cannot guarantee specific outcomes from therapy. Therapy involves active participation, and results vary from person to person.
