ADHD is not a lack of effort.

Living with ADD or ADHD often means navigating daily challenges with self regulation: managing attention, pacing impulses in talking and action, and steadying emotions. It can show up as missed deadlines, restless overwhelm, or a sense that your effort never quite matches your results.

We recognize that each person's experience of ADHD is different. Our work together is collaborative and judgment free, building on your strengths rather than asking you to be someone you are not.

"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change."

Two distinct kinds of ADHD support.

It helps to know which one you are looking for. Counselling and coaching build day to day skills and are available throughout BC. A formal clinical assessment is a separate medical service with its own availability.
